Can you ship wine out of the state of Ohio?
Due to licensing requirements, at this time,, we can only ship wine within the state of Ohio.
Can a photo or logo be used in the label?
Yes.  Simply email a high resolution (300 dpi jpeg file) version of the photo or logo to info@itsyourwinery.com.
Many images from the Internet are copyright protected and are usually in poor quality to create a acceptable label.  Please call or e-mail if you have any questions.
Can I purchase customized labels only without ordering wine?
Yes.  We do have different pricing for that.  Click here for pricing.
Is there a minimum order requirement?
No. We do not require a minimum.  You can order as much or as little as you want.
How long before I receive my customized wine order?
Your wine with the customized label can be shipped out 2 to 3 days after your order.
What methods of payment do we accept?
We accept Visa, Matercard & Discover.  If you choose to pay by check, please allow five days for processing the check.
Do you give volume discounts?
10% discolunt  for purchase of a case with the same customized label on each bottle.
What are our hours?
Hours are by appointment only.  We check phone and e-mails on a regular daily basis.
Can I order from your website?
We prefer that you call or e-mail us your requests.  We can ensure exactly what you are looking for and confirm that our customers are over 21.
